Submitting Your Torch Points!
The purpose of this lesson is to help you to submit your Torch Points into the BPA System!

Goal: During this lesson you will learn how to successfully submit your BPA Torch Points into the correct categories.
​
Objectives:

Know how to submit Torch Points to your Torch Point Resume.

Create Torch Point activities in your Resume.

Acknowledge the correct wording of the Torch Point.

Evaluate other BPA members Torch Point submissions.

First Step:
Watch the following video on how to submit your Torch Points on the BPA website to complete your Torch Point Resume.

The following link is for a Zoom online conference we will use every Thursday night at 9:00P.M. (central time) to help you to continue to navigate the Torch Points and get help submitting them. Jump on and ask questions of your advisor! This is for any BPA member! Any member can ask a question of the advisory at anytime! The meeting will be 45 minutes each night and then we will conclude until the next week. Click on the following image to join!

Second Step:
Input at least TWO activities into each category in your Torch Point Resume. Then complete the following Google form to show the two activities that you submitted in each category.

Third Step:
Great job on getting two activities into each category! Now you will have your BPA buddy help you with reviewing your Torch Point submission and you will help them! Remember, your BPA buddy was given to you during the first BPA meeting of the year. If you don't remember who it is, email Mrs. Crabtree. Follow the following steps to complete the peer review of your Torch Points:

Create a Google Doc and share it with your BPA buddy.

Copy and paste the two activities that you have inputted. Add a third one for extra practice!

Wait for your BPA buddy to peer review your submissions to help you out!

Be sure to peer review your BPA buddy's Torch Point submissions as well!

Use the checklist at this to help you in making this peer review successful.

Final Step:
Complete the following Google Doc based on your current points and knowledge of the Torch Points. Mrs. Crabtree wants updated on where you are at with your Torch Points! When you have updated your Torch Points she would appreciate it if you updated this form as well!
