The following is support tips to help you when you run into problems while completing this training.​

Submit Work:
To submit your work throughout this training you will be completing Google Forms and using Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets. Always be sure to read the instructions to know who to share the work with. Usually this will be with Mrs. Crabtree.

Q: How often does Jessica Crabtree check her email for problems sent to her?
A: Jessica responds within 24 hours of emails being sent.
Q: What if I don't have the hardware or software that was listed?
A: You may us any computer in Jessica Crabtree's classroom, any computer in the school library, or a device from the public library.
Q: How do I know what lesson to do first? Can I skip around in the lessons?
A: It is easiest if you start with Lesson 1 and go through the lessons in order. If you choose to skip around, be sure you are covering the topics that will help you be successful in BPA.
